If Boon Han were to change just one thing, he should change the video. Just by explaining his process, even briefly in his video, there will be less disconnection between the previous section and the image. The use of the microphone is good, but in the next video, hiding the microphone, making sure the wire is hidden, will increase the perceived quality by a huge amount. Also, light colour correction and sharpening would make videos shot on a mobile look amazing!

Great photo, great video, again, it’s all about getting attention so that viewers will read on. Calvin’s use of different media is also great for people of differing attention spans to find out more. His use of hand gestures during the video makes watching it more enjoyable too!

Apart from updating the video (by hiding the microphone wire), the one big thing is changing the voice of the write-up to a 3rd party (“He is”, instead of “I am”). This adds to professionalism and positioning as an authority. Apart from that, good work!

One thing that stands out in his profile is his gratuitous use of testimonials. Social proof greatly improves credibility especially with photos, showing how people have greatly benefitted from his process. We also love that he also added an informative video which also shows his sales process!

With a just high-quality photo, a simple write up, and a few testimonials, Willson shows that it’s really down to execution. Though simple, he has put in the most important element (social proof) in a simple manner that doesn’t require viewers to scroll that much before they hit the sign up page. The fact that so many people have seen his page shows that he has including the promotion of his page in his sales process to increase his meet up ratios and ease of closing.

Our take is to enhance every profile with the medium that garners the highest ROI – video.

Videos are always more interesting than a wall of text, and will be able to show a person’s character in the easiest manner of digestion. With a sales/referral video, we are certain that there’ll be more views converting to even more consultation requests!

Our champion has more views than the next 2 places combined, that by itself is an awesome feat. It proves that it’s down to execution and adding it to your current process. His profile is also very complete, with emphasis on many sections, and includes a professional video on his vision, why he does what he does, and who he’s looking out for. If you haven’t seen his video, we encourage you to check it out!

What’s Not (Yet)

Considering he has an extremely complete profile, the best way to improve is to tweak the layout to make it more visually appealing, and even include a giveaway to attract even more viewers to take action immediately. His written introduction also happens to be rather long, but not broken into multiple sections. This gives viewers an opportunity to detract away from reading further.

Other than that, his photo could be improved even further with a more professionally taken one, even without the background removal. Again, more tips here!
